The Firm provides all services and support needed by banks, forex bureaus, Micro finance and deposit taking institutions and even Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOS) ranging from carrying out due diligence, searches, registration of mortgages in at most 48 hours, debt recovery and providing legal advice on any banking matters that may arise.

The Firm also acts as Counsel for numerous foreign and local investors seeking to underwrite major loans and transactions within the country. We have represented various foreign donor agencies and government bodies and performed due diligence and monitoring of the projects they have underwritten and any other projects that they would like to undertake.
