Dr. Onoria boasts of a long successful career in Constitutional Law. He has participated in ground breaking precedent setting locus classicus constitutional petitions since the coming into force of the Uganda Constitution in 1995. He is a Lecturer of Law at Makerere University and a Visiting lecturer in a number of universities in Africa and Europe. He is also a member of Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
